I have a new pattern out called What A Hoot! Notebook Covers.       This pattern is quite the steal -- two patterns sold as one!  It includes detailed instructions for BOTH sizes, the Steno Notepad Cover (for a notepad that is spiral bound at the top) and the Spiral Notebook Cover (spiral bound on the side).
